Our greatest edge is the people we have surrounding us. We have the privilege of access to some great businesspeople and investors who we are connected with through their businesses or because they are investors in Castelnau.

We draw upon this network in many ways, from the informal through to our partnership with Sir Peter Wood and his team at SPWOne, and Andrew Gerrie as Founder of Silverwood Brands and Lush Cosmetics, to name a few. What we have found is that networks beget networks, and good people tend to know and work with good people.

As a part of The Castelnau Group Business Graduate Experience you will get exposure to these incredible businesses and their owners; extending the possibilities for learning outside of our own team, giving you lots of opportunity to develop and mature your skills.

What to expect

You will be deployed within one of our businesses to work with skilled leaders on strategic projects learning from their fields of expertise. You will also participate in regular communication with The Castelnau Group Leadership Team.

Our portfolio of investments is highly diverse, from the technology industry encompassing data science and web-design, to weddings, hobbies, collectables, luxury cosmetics and end-of-life care. Job Location and working hours

London and travel to our portfolio businesses’ locations within the UK.

Candidates will need to have the right to work in UK.

Duration of employment

We can offer a range of contracts from short term (2-5 months) and longer-term (12-18 months).

Qualifications

A degree in a business or financial subject will be an advantage, however, we will also consider applications which can demonstrate an aptitude and strong interest in business or project management.
